Nordic Report – Architecture and Design the Nordic Way


Nordic Report – Architecture and Design the Nordic Way was a lunch-to-lunch conference held at ArkDes in Stockholm. The conference gathered around 150 participants from the Nordic- and Baltic countries. The conference’s overall theme was sustainable habitats in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Focus was on cooperation, exchange and networking between actors in architecture, urban development and design. The aim was to highlight good Nordic and Baltic examples of sustainable habitats, in accordance with UN Global Objectives 11 & 12, as well as to stimulate the development of national policies in the field through exchange of experience and inspiring lectures and conversations. The moderator of the conference was Mark Isitt, architectural and design critic.
